This policy applies to all our services including temple tours, airport transfers, city rentals, and outstation trips across Bihar and Eastern India.
2. Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Here's our cancellation policy:
- Free cancellation: Up to 1 hour before scheduled pickup time
- Late cancellation: Within 1 hour of pickup, a cancellation fee may apply to cover driver allocation costs
- After ride starts: Cancellation is not available once the ride has begun
- Emergency situations: We may waive cancellation fees for verified emergencies
To cancel your booking, use our app, website, or contact customer support with your booking ID.
3. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of your cancellation:
- Eligible refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Service disruptions: If a ride is disrupted due to a verified service issue, partial or full refunds may be provided
- Non-refundable items: Convenience fees, third-party charges, or processing fees may not be refundable
- Partial refunds: May apply if you cancel after the free cancellation window
We will email you a confirmation when your refund is processed.
4. No-Show & Late Arrivals
We understand that delays can happen. Here's how we handle different scenarios:
Customer No-Show:
- If you're not present at the pickup location within 15 minutes of scheduled time, a no-show fee may apply
- We'll attempt to contact you before marking as no-show
- No-show fees help cover driver allocation and waiting time costs
Driver Delays:
- If our driver is significantly delayed (more than 15 minutes), you may cancel without penalty
- We'll provide real-time updates on driver location and estimated arrival
- Compensation may be offered for significant delays due to our service issues
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Our refund process is designed to be transparent and efficient:
- Processing time: Approved refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- Bank processing: Final credit depends on your bank or card issuer's processing time
- Confirmation: We'll email you a confirmation when the refund is issued
- Tracking: You can track refund status through your account or by contacting support
For urgent refunds, please contact our customer support team with your booking details.
6. Exceptions
We may modify or make exceptions to this policy in certain circumstances:
- Severe weather: Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions affecting safety
- Safety concerns: Situations where continuing the ride would pose safety risks

- Service disruptions: Technical issues or infrastructure problems beyond our control
- Medical emergencies: Verified health emergencies affecting the customer or driver
In such cases, we'll work with you to find the best solution, which may include full refunds or rescheduling at no additional cost.
